1. How is my jewellery packaged?

All of our items are thoughtfully packaged in a luxury drawer jewellery box and finished with signature ribbon making it ideal for gift giving. When posted, your item will be housed in an outer postal box and labelled with your delivery details - or your recipients if you are choosing to send to them directly.

2. How long will my order take to be delivered?

Once purchased, your item will be carefully packaged and made ready for posting within 1-3 working days (we do our best to get your items out as quick as we can, usually within 48 hours, however this may take a little longer during busy and seasonal periods). Once shipped, your item will take another 1-2 working days to be delivered, all being well with Royal Mail’s service.

3. Can I send my order direct to my recipient?

Yes of course, item(s) can be sent directly to your recipient, just make sure you change your delivery details accordingly (please check your delivery details carefully before confirming your order). We can also include a complimentary gift message along with your order too - please add your gift message in the note to seller section as you go through the checkout process.

4. Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

At present we don’t offer a gift wrapping service however we hope to have this available in due course.

5. What do I do if I change my mind?

Whilst we hope that you are happy with your purchase, should you change your mind your can return your item for a full refund (excluding postal charges). in the event that you wish to return, please contact us as soon as possible, within 14 days of receiving your order at which point we can provide return details. Unfortunately all returns costs are at the cost to the customer and we recommend that items are returned using a tracked postal service. For full details please see the shipping & returns policy.

6. My item has been damaged in transit - can you help?

Whilst all items are subject to quality control prior to being packaged and shipped, on the very rare occasion that they get damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can help resolve it for you.
