Terms & CONDITIONS

Our products are sold under the following terms and conditions, by purchasing one of our products you agree to abide by these terms. 

WARRANTY

During the Warranty Period of twelve months from purchase, we will repair or replace at no charge, any item that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and care. Any damaged deemed a result of improper use will not be repaired or replaced.

RETURNS

Items should be returned in perfect condition in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase (initial contact regarding a return should be made as soon as possible or within 7 days of receipt). Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that have been personalised cannot be returned. Gift cards are non-refundable. If you are posting the item back to us, we recommend that you use a secure, trackable service as we will not be responsible for loss in transit. It is also a good idea to retain proof of posting. Please refer to shipping and returns policy for further details.

FAULTY ITEMS

Items are classed as faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault happens within six months of purchase. Items damaged as a result of general wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. All items are checked and quality controlled before leaving our workshop. If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit please contact us immediately. In most instances, we will offer to repair the faulty item.

WEAR & TEAR

It is not recommended that you wear your jewellery when participating in sports, sleeping or swimming. And we also advise that you avoid contact with lotions/ creams, perfume and make-up. Avoid running any charms/ pendants along the chain/ bangle as this will wear out the silver. Solvents, bleaches, household chemicals and cleaning products can also tarnish silver. Some skin types can make the silver go black - this is only surface discolouration and can easily be removed with a soft, clean cloth. PRECIOUS STONES & SHELL CARE

Please be careful to protect shell and stones from knocks and scratches as shell, semi-precious and precious stones can crack or chip. Clean regularly if the back of the stone is exposed, by soaking in warm water and a small amount of washing up liquid. Please note that shell is a natural material and so any knocks or bangs could cause the shell to crack and/ or shatter.

SILVER & GOLD FILL CARE

Silver jewellery will naturally tarnish over time. Ensure that your jewellery is kept clean and free from creams, lotions, oils, perfumes and make-up. When not wearing, store your jewellery separately so that it doesn’t get scratched or tangled. We recommend storing your jewellery in an air-tight container and out of direct sunlight to prevent it from oxidizing & tarnishing.

HOLIDAY & WATER CARE

Keep free from sun cream and after sun lotion. Avoid wearing when in swimming pools or jacuzzis as the chlorine may tarnish the silver. Store safely when not wearing - we recommend a little jewellery pouch!

CHILDRENS COLLECTION

Earrings and any jewellery with small parts are not suitable for children under 3 years old and may present a choking hazard. Our jewellery is not recommended to any child under the age of 3 years old. Jewellery is not a toy and should not be worn for play and extended periods of wear over 24 hours. Children’s jewellery should not be worn whilst sleeping & adult supervision is recommended at all times. Earrings should be cleaned frequently to help prevent infection - simply clean them with warm water and mild soap before rinsing thoroughly and drying with a polishing cloth.

When fitting earrings for children over the age of 3 years old please be careful when pushing the backs onto the stems as earrings that are worn too tight may become embedded in the earlobe.

Do not allow children to put jewellery in their mouths as small parts can quickly become choking hazards. Please ensure jewellery doesn’t become too tight as they grow.

GIFT CARDS/ E-VOUCHERS

Gift Cards and E-Vouchers are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift Cards & E-Vouchers are non refundable.

PERSONALISED JEWELLERY - not yet available

Any jewellery that has been personalised cannot be returned or exchanged since they are an individual, bespoke piece of jewellery. When ordering the piece, you will be asked to confirm that the wording/markings are correct as mistakes cannot be rectified afterwards. Please be aware that these are hand stamped/engraved, not done by a machine, so there may be imperfections.
